The Side Mount Pull-Up pole has a outer tube that qualifies as a NFPA compliant handrail. This grab-handle is grooved to provide a secure grip even when wearing gloves. The outer tube is the full length of the pole and it has an internal brake that slows the extension pole during lowering. SPECTRA LED lampheads output an impressive 20,000 lumens of super bright white light making it the brightest LED scene light available. The advanced lens design generates a uniform flood and spot combination light pattern. This light pattern provides enhanced work area visibility as well as illuminates objects at a farther distance. The SPECTRA lamphead is available in a surface mount configuration. The slim body design keeps the lamphead closer to the vehicle. SPECTRA can be used with all FRC telescopic poles, tripods, non-telescopic mounts, and brow mounts.

The Thru-the-Roof Push-Up pole is designed with a no-drip flange to mount through the roof of a weatherproof compartment. The pole is raised from the bottom by pushing it up with the knurled handle. The driver or crew can position the light without leaving the cab.

The Top Mount Pull-Up pole is sometimes called a Thru-the Deck Top Raise pole. It is excellent for mounting above the pump or non-weatherproof equipment compartments. The pole is raised from the top by pulling up from above the mounting flange. When the pole is in the down position the inner (extension) tube will be inside the compartment. Note: The mounting flange is not weatherproof and may seep water, for a weatherproof flange on a top mount telescopic pole see the 512 Thru-the-Roof series poles.

The LTA600 Tripod with a lamphead will measure 72" with the legs retracted. (This is the stowed configuration.) The -ON on/off switch option or -TW top wire option will each add 1" and the P50 lamphead will add 2" to this dimension. A NEMA L5-15 three prong twist lock plug and the -G wire guard are included as standard equipment on all FRC Tripods. The optional Tripod mounting bracket set includes a foot pad that the bottom of the tripod fits into and a quick release spring loaded dead bolt that holds the tripod securely.
